Refund and Returns Policy

We accept return of our wigs if you feel they aren’t what you expected. However we only accept wigs when the customer makes a video of the unboxing of the wig(s) then repackages it immediately afterwards without wearing it and returns within 24hours of receiving it and send to us.
We only refund after we have received the wig(s) in the same condition we sent them out and the unboxing and repackaging video sent to us.
